Prices

All Prices on this website are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD)
Prices quoted on this website are correct at the time of publication.
Prices are subject to change without notice, and may fluctuate, depending on, but not limited to, wholesale accommodation costs, transport costs, fuel surcharges and seasonal demand.

Deposits

A Deposit of AUD $150 per Snowsport Holiday guest is required at the time of booking. Payment of this deposit indicates your acceptance of the terms and conditions of booking with Snowsport Holidays.

Full Payment

Full Payment is required 42 days prior to the first day of your tour booking. For itineries booked within 42 days of departure, full payment is due immediately upon confirmation of your reservation.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of a booking outside 42 days prior to departure incurs an AUD $150 per passenger fee.
Cancellation of a booking inside 42 days incurs an AUD $250 per passenger fee.
Cancellation of a booking inside 15 days incurs an AUD $500 per passenger fee.

Single Person Supplement

Quoted prices are based on twin share occupancy. A single person supplement of AUD $350 is payable on standard accommodation packages and AUD $550 on luxury accommodation packages.

Refunds

No Refunds will be made on any unused segment of a holiday, nor can components of a holiday be substituted for alternative arrangements once travel has commenced, other than on compassionate grounds at Snowsport Holidays' discretion

Insurance

Snow Skiing and Snowboarding are adventure activities that involve physical risk. Snowsport Holidays will not accept responsibility for illness or injury that results from participating in these activities.
Snowsport Holidays reccommends that all passengers take out adequate travel insurance to cover cancellations, health requirements, luggage and valuables, loss of skiing / snowboarding due to injury etc.

Responsibility

Snowsport Holidays while acting as a tour organiser, does not operate the air, sea or land transportation, accommodation, meals and mountain services. Participants accept that whilst Snowsport Holidays takes all reasonable care to select the best possible standard of these operators, it cannot take responsibility for the conduct of these operators or the conduct of their representative employees or agents or for any ramifications of that conduct.

Snow Conditions

Ski season opening and closing dates are a guide only and are subject to weather and seasonal variation. It should be understood that Snowsport Holidays cannot under any circumstance be held responsible for snow conditions. No holiday can be cancelled, altered or amended, once the holiday has commenced, on the basis of snow or weather conditions.

Privacy Policy

Snowsport Holidays uses personal customer information for booking purposes and this information is kept confidential between the customer and the administration staff of Snowsport Holidays. Under no circumstance is any of this information released or forwarded to any other party.

Snowsport Holidays Packages - Restricted Countries

The Snowsports Holiday Packages are currently not available for purchase for residents of Nigeria, Indonesia & Eastern European Countries due to security issues with fraudulent credit card use.
